• Go to Student on the left menu
  • Click Add Student
  • Select your school from School Drop Down, Student Number will be auto generated
  • Fill in required fields

    • Parent #1 Last Name
    • Emergency Contact #1 First Name
    • Emergency Contact #1 Last Name
    • Emergency Contact #1 Relationship

    These fields are useful information of a student

  • You can select existing Parent/Emergency Contact by selecting a value from Parent Drop Down/Contact Dropdown. This is usually the case when a sibling of an existing student join the school. The parents data is already in the system. Simply select Parent/Contact to avoid duplicates.
  • Click Create button at the bottom to save the student.
